Who we are
Kaizen provides trading education, expert-advisor tools, a community, live sessions, and copy-trading connection services in partnership with a third-party broker.

Eligibility
You must be of legal age and permitted to use trading services in your jurisdiction. Trading may be restricted or prohibited where you live — it is your responsibility to check.
Accounts & accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. Trader applicants agree that we may verify their track record. We may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or abuse the service.
Third-party services
Trading is executed through a third-party broker and platforms (e.g. MetaTrader). Their terms apply to your trading account, and we are not responsible for their services or your account with them.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Changes
We may update these terms and the services. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
