Copy-Trading Agreement
Last updated: September 2025
This agreement applies when you follow one of Kaizen’s lead traders through the broker’s copy-trading feature. It explains how copy trading works here, Kaizen’s role, and the risks you accept. Please read it before you start copying.
What copy trading is here
You open a trading account in your own name with a broker we help you set up. Through the broker’s copy-trading feature, you choose to follow a Kaizen lead trader, and the broker automatically copies that trader’s trades into your account. The copying is carried out by the broker, not by Kaizen.
Your money stays in your own account. Kaizen never holds, receives, or has withdrawal access to your funds, and never accesses your account.
You stay in control
The account is yours. You start copying through the broker, and you can pause, unfollow, or stop at any time from your own account. Kaizen does not guarantee that any trade will be opened, closed, or copied at a particular price or time, and copying may be delayed, partial, or fail for technical reasons outside our control.
Kaizen never touches your account
You control copying yourself through the broker — you choose who to follow and you can stop whenever you want. Kaizen does not connect to your account, place trades in it, or ask for any password. Never share your account password with anyone, including Kaizen.
Kaizen’s role is to operate the lead trading account you may choose to follow and to help you get set up. What you follow, how much you fund, and when you stop are your decisions.
Risks you accept
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged products is high risk and can lose some or all of your capital. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Any returns or track records shown describe the past and do not predict your results, which may differ significantly. Kaizen does not promise any profit, income, or protection from loss.
Kaizen provides a copying service and tools, not personal investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The decisions to copy, how much to fund, and when to stop are yours alone.
Fees
Kaizen does not sell copying at a fixed price. Any fee or profit share is agreed with you personally before you start. The broker’s own spreads, commissions, and swaps apply to your account and are separate from anything owed to Kaizen. Nothing is owed to Kaizen unless it is agreed with you in advance.
Broker, eligibility and data
Your account is held with a third-party broker whose own terms and privacy policy govern your account and trading. Kaizen is not responsible for the broker’s services, platform, execution, or solvency.
By agreeing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age where you live), that copy trading is lawful for you in your country, and that the funds you use are lawfully yours.
Kaizen handles your personal data (name, phone, email, and account details) as described in the Privacy Policy. Some details are shared with the broker to set up your account and the copy connection.
Liability and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen is not liable for trading losses, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from the copy-trading service, the lead account’s performance, replication delays or failures, or the broker’s acts or omissions.
You agree to cover Kaizen against claims or losses arising from your breach of this agreement or misuse of the service.
Copying continues until you stop it. You can stop at any time by stopping it with the broker. Kaizen or the broker may also stop or suspend copying, for example for technical, risk, or legal reasons. Stopping does not close your account or reverse trades already placed.
Governing law and your acceptance
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. By opening an account through Kaizen and following our traders, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement, that you accept the risks above, and that any information you give us is true.
