This policy explains what information Kaizen collects, why, and how we protect it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

Waitlist & applications: the email address, and any name or details you submit when you join the waitlist or apply to become a copy-trader (strategy, markets, a Myfxbook link, self-reported performance, and a trading account login for verification).

Community: content you post (analyses, comments) and the display name you choose.

Technical: standard, privacy-friendly usage analytics (via Vercel Analytics) that do not use tracking cookies and do not identify you personally.

Cookies we use

Essential only. We store a small cookie to remember your language choice, and secure session cookies when you log in as a member or admin. These are required for the site to work and are exempt from consent.

We do not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, or third-party cross-site trackers.

How we use your data

To operate the waitlist, review trader applications, run the community, and contact you about your request. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and served through our hosting provider. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will act on your request.
